It really is true that you need to have a good feeling about anyone you hire to do anything material in your home. He is a very likable guy, my kids adored him. He made an effort to keep them happy and laughing even when he was sweating bullets outside. I've worked with a lot of contractors and it's tough, I mean tough to find someone like this.
