"Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting. We first thought of hiring a handyman to do all of these jobs and had a few come out but we were not impressed by their professionalism, leaving us to doubt their abilities to perform the needed repairs adequately. Then we came across Sebastian and CCS Construction Services on Home Advisor. CCS is licensed, insured, and carries worker's comp. We were very impressed by Sebastian's professionalism and his honesty when explaining the work that needed to be done and how it would be performed. So, we hired Sebastion and CCS Construction Services, and, all the work has been completed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Sebastian and his team are hard working and very respectful.
