  Comment: Grind floor, pour floor leveler and paint floor in main basement where appliances are located. Remodel bathroom, keeping toilet and sink, it is probably time for a new tub. Need laminate flooring in hallway, steps into basement need to coordinate or match. I have 2 additional smaller jobs to discuss with the contractor also. Finish work in the upstairs apartment and flooring on the first floor of the house. This is in order to secure all of the financing at once.
