The reason was that DISH TV installed a satellite dish on my roof for the next door neighbor without my permission . It began to leak and last night it caved in. DISH TV came out and determined that it was their fault and agreed to cover the costs associated with repairing the enclosure. They need a estimate. It's my choice who I use. Right now u can see the sky through the roof?
