Shay, the technician, another amazing one on their team, was very knowledgeable and professional-got my hot water heater installed and back running in minimal time! The crew from Tier 1 did a fantastic job replacing our entire roof, and even went the second mile by helping us deal with some rotting issues that were discovered during their work with us.
