Town & Country Fence is a family-owned business that has operated in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. The company specializes in aluminum and vinyl fences, installing national brands. We can build custom estate gates and install gate operators for ease of access. Wood and chain link fences are also available. Sales consultants are knowledgeable and professional. Installation crew foremen are longtime hourly employees. Our office/showroom is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:30.
"Town & Country installed a vinyl fence on our property just under 5 years ago. Over the course of the last year, we have encountered slats falling out, gaps between slats, and most disappointing - our gate has cracks along the top which we are told is due to Town & Country not installing a brace on the gate which was necessary due to it's size. We are now facing $1200 in 'fix it' costs - including having to replace the gate. There have been no children playing in the yard - no obvious cause for the problems. When I contacted Town & Country - they shared that they do not do repairs and referred me to call a number for repair services. A call to that number turned out to be anything but optimum- zero professionalism, zero business. Will not be recommending this company - ever."

Dixie Fence Builders is now second generation Family Owned Operated. It was started by Tom Moose in October of 1969 and was ran by him and his four sons Barry Moose, Wayne Moose, Bronson Moose and Randy Moose whenever they were needed for installations. Barry Moose bought the business from his father in May of 1991 and took over as Dixie Fence Builders Owner. Since then, Dixie Fence Builders have been very active in new fence installations in the local service area and have seen a lot of changes in the custom fence installation industry over the years.

"Crown fence is a joke. They are liars and the owner is a child. Someone who did not live in my home and has no say so on my home and who’s name is not on the title spoke to these children and set up a time for them to come and put a fence up. Mind you I have never spoke to these people never met them and never signed a contract however they made sure to threaten ME that if I didn’t pay them they would take a lien out on my house. So at the time we requested a copy of this contract that he said he had but never presented, which also infact mentions nothing of a lien but the owner clearly states it does. They also tell u to pay them through pay pal but when you do they charge u an extra 30 dollar fee. And then say oh well it’s pay pal but they don’t even tell you that before u pay. Then when u call to have a discussion about the situation the owner starts yelling and refuses to let you speak and when u prove him wrong that he has no legal authority to anything he has threatened with bc the person he spoke to dosnt even have any rights to the property. Please ppl be careful this company is only good at lying and false threats that someone who dosnt know better will get cheated. Avoid avoid avoid And what is funny is the child of an owner cannot spell or type properly. He knew this review was coming he was advised before it was ever posted, and in turn his response is no I didn’t yell you did. And still again says that I didnt pay however I have never even spoke to him before today. He makes sure not to address the pay pal issue or the contract or the fact that it was my property not the other persons.It’s ok bud you will grow up one day. Best of luck to anyone who uses them.
