They told us our pipes had rotted out. Normal pipes were circular where our were "U" shaped. Thankfully they were able to replace them within a few days. They were reasonably priced, quick, clean, and friendly. They wore shoe covers the entire time, and covered up any parts of the floor that would get messy.
