"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"

"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. "I had a terrible experience with SKM Property Maintenance and owner Doug King. What was promised as a 10-day deck project turned into a 7-month nightmare. Doug was extremely difficult to deal with—unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times, outright bullying. Midway through, he tried to pressure me into paying an extra $5,000 to finish the job. When I refused, progress stopped. I had to serve a Notice of Intent to Sue just to get it completed. To top it off, they placed the old, rotted bench back onto the newly finished deck—completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and disregard for quality and customer service was shocking. I would never recommend this company. If you're considering SKM, proceed with extreme caution and get everything in writing. My experience was costly, frustrating, and not something I’d wish on anyone."

A quick way to get the minimum dimensions is to add 12 inches to the window’s width and eight inches to its height.
