"Improveit installed a window and now the wall is wet and makes water bubbles and Improveit takes months to respond to leaks which has caused damage to wall structure. They only respond to threats and have came out at least 5 times and still call to make repairs and i dont believe they have the skill necessary to repair or they would have completed it by now. Beware of this company. gutter repair or replacement no roof estimate was given since the roof was fairly new and in good condition. I reluctantly called a roof company to inspect roof and specifically the area above and around the window and again the roof is in good condition. "Hired to replace my existing plaster ceilings with drywall, replace the old blown insulation in the attic with batt insulation, install a new ceiling fan including wiring, and rewire an existing ceiling fan. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them."

"removing tub and tile did damage to ceiling - they did not repair it. Salesman suggest an oversized soap tray which would not fit anywhere. Their product is WAY over priced. I would not recommend this company."

"We remodeled our kitchen and mudroom with All-American. Our experience was great from the beginning to the end! Chris gave us a quote that was reasonable and did his best to stick to it. Kelly helped us design our space and went through several drafts as our vision changed. This project took 3-4 months to complete and the guys on our team were reliable, honest, hardworking, polite and flexible. We have two young children and a neighborhood full of kids. The work was done during the summer and Chad, our team leader was so thoughtful and careful with the children who were around. All American uses their own staff for the whole job. Chad was there every day and saw our project from through to the end and Chris stopped in about weekly to check the progress. Chad had 15+ years of construction experience and it showed. All American uses the expertise of their staff as well, calling in specialists for plumbing, flooring and electric as needed. Chad was patient and willing to work with us to tweak our project as needed. He talked us through our options and guided us to local or online resources to select our materials. All American has good working relationships with local distributors demonstrating their professionalism as a business partner too. Our kitchen and mudroom turned out beautiful and transformed our spaces into rooms that are much more useful for our family."

"Customers beware! This review is for JK Custom Builders located in Arcanum OH. The Owner/Operator is also the GC/estimator. We hired this General contractor to complete a 16x30 addition onto our home. This entire project was a disaster from the start to an incomplete job. We eventually had to fire this contractor as they are incompetent and do a very poor quality of work. They failed the rough inspections due to poor framing issues and attaching the new roofing to the existing structure. The roofing that they installed was completed twice and by 2 different roofers and will still needs torn off and reinstalled. This contractor refused to complete the roof per current code requirements. They even tore off the existing chimney and tried to rebuild this due to poor planning. This will need to be reframed and rebuilt as the replacement they provided is completely out of plum and is missing the proper flashing/chimney caps. The contractor also destroyed items and would not repair and resolve issues around the property. Due to poor planning our existing basement flooded with water and mud during a rain storm. All carpet will need replaced and we have driveway that was cracked and damaged. The driveway that was damaged was not even near the home and project. The GC refused to acknowledge the damaged. This was due to where he wanted to put the temporary water closet away from the jobsite. We have all items documented and photos taken! A total review process of this company would fill a book! This GC should be avoided for any project! He will belittle you and act as though he has done nothing wrong! I wish I could post all my photo evidence within this post!
