"Worked with Lisa and Jay from Improvement, LLC, scope of work was to paint exterior of our home and entire block wall inside and out on perimeter of property line. Jay went above and beyond to explain and show concerned areas that needed more prep work such as stucco repairs. "My 1,860 square foot adobe brick house and patio wall were in bad need of repair and painting. Much of the paint had peeled and portions of the brick needed repair. I requested several bids including one from Top Tier (“TT”). What initially caught my attention was TT’s choice of three options bases on which Sherwin Williams paint was selected. Their “Duration” paint came with a TT 10-year color warranty against fading. Further, Fernando Orduno, who owns and operates TT with his wife Nataly, impressed me with his detailed proposal and knowledge and attention to the project. Fernando assigned two experienced young employee brothers to the job. Under Fernando’s close supervision they worked tirelessly for days to scrape and repair the brick where needed. Fernando examined the work each day and pointed out areas that needed further attention. The project took a total of eleven days to complete due to meticulous attention to detail and Fernando’s high standards. TT worked as long as necessary to achieve the excellent outcome demanded by Fernando. I am very pleased with the outcome and recommend you request a bid from TT if your house needs painting."

"We just finished an entire exterior stucco painting which also included two side walls, a deck and a gate. The entire experience was outstanding! From the initial consult/quoting, it was clear that this is David's passion, not just his livelihood. He was thorough, detailed, patient, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. We had 4 painters working on the house (one was an apprentice) and they were all outstanding painters and genuinely nice people. They spent a large amount of time on the prep work on the stucco surface and that made the job go quickly once the painting started.
