"Andre installed cement board, mesh and 3 coats of stucco on an outdoor grill island. He was careful to match the stucco pattern on the home. I was delighted with the finished job."

"From the moment I met Joel I knew he was the person for the job. He was upbeat, knowledgeable & honest. Joel made the impossible possible; he got me a team ASAP that started prepping. Since day one of this project, every single member of his crew has been great to work with. From prep to paint, these talented folks answered all my questions about the work with patience and positivity. Joel was at site often & calling to update me throughout. Iâ m not even exaggerating when I call them a dream team. They went over & above for me everyday. They were an absolute pleasure to work with & the work they did transformed my house from zero to hero. Thanks a million Red Door! ð ð ð ð"

"Anthony went above and beyond customer service. I was delivered the wrong size door and Anthony took it upon himself to exchange the door for me! His installation was perfect no damage to the door frame and cleaned up leftover waste and hardware. I highly recommend his service."

"Marinko was very professional and prompt in arriving for the project on time. He was very respectful and worked hard in providing excellent quality work. He even fixed a door that had come loose without being asked. He is an outstanding individual that took pride in his work and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely hirer him again and would also refer him to others."

"Can not say enough good things about John. He was very dependable and showed up when he said he would. Work was outstanding. Had two separate jobs for him. First job was installing 3 screen doors which turned out great. Was not an easy job. He had to custom install all the doors. Second job was removing 6 eight foot long and 2 four foot fluorescent tube lights in our basement. Replaced with recessed lighting, repaired, patched and painted the ceiling. Also installed a circular light and repaired and painted ceiling in our laundry room. He is hard worker. Would hire him again and would highly recommend him. Maryann P"

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
