Great customer service right at the start, with a short conversation He was fairly certain that my fridge had a faulty compressor(a very expensive repair approx. $1000) which was a known problem with the model I have. To be certain I scheduled for him to come out and diagnose the problem and he was right. While he was here he was able to tell us the the unit was under five years old with the manufacturer code he found on the fridge which means it’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty, saving me from either paying to fix it or buying a brand new refrigerator!"

"My refrigerator stopped being cold. I was pretty clueless as to what could be wrong. I tried another appliance repair outfit and about 20 hours later hadn t heard a thing. So I put in the request on home advisor (on a Saturday) and got a call from Freddy about 5 minutes later. He told me he could ve at my house in 30 minutes. A++ for responsiveness. Freddy was professional, capable, and efficient. The fridge needed a new thermostat and he had the part with him and replaced it. It took him about an hour to assess the problem and complete the repair. On the meantime, he was willing to explain things and great to talk to. He will be my first call next time another appliance breaks."
