"I booked an appointment for 4 days later, but got a call back the very same morning and that a tech could see me later that morning. Greg called and was nearby so he arrived even earlier, was very quick to find the reason my front load washer was leaving a puddle on the floor during the wash cycle and/or if the water supply was not turned off. He was able to locate the valve assembly at a parts supply nearby and have the washer repaired in a very efficient manner. I was impressed that he knew exactly what to look for, found it and the price of the repair was very reasonable. I will keep this company and this personable young man on my call back list and make referrals to friends."
