We needed to have one of our tub drains unclogged, but actually our whole under the house, raised foundation outflow drainage system (the original steel pipes) needed to be replaced. He installed the replacement parts my husband and I had purchased, and brought the part we had forgotten about. He didn't (as one plumber did) deprecate the manufacturer of the material he was installing. He was on time, and left the bathroom in better condition than he had found it.
