All questions were answered quickly and completely. Brandon met with the insurance adjuster, went on the roof with him to make sure all damage was recorded, and kept me informed of each step through the process. Their service was so great. After Brandon guided us through the claims process, our repairs were scheduled quickly and the team showed up and were amazing. They delivered shingles 1 day and replaced our roof the next day! They treated our home, lawn, and area with such care. They moved and covered all patio furniture and decking to avoid damage. And then put it all back when they meticulously cleaned the yard and driveway! A small pallet of material was leftover in our driveway. Brandon drove over an hour one way on New Years Day to make sure it was packed up and moved out of our way so we did not incur any inconvenience! Thats service!!! We have had roof repairs done before and it was like night and day in dealing with this company from others we have experienced.
