I am an owner-builder nearing the completion of a comprehensive home renovation. I am in search of a qualified and licensed contractor to assist with two major components of this project:
Garage Extension: The foundation and some initial framing for the garage extension are already in place. The main task is to integrate this new section with my existing two-car garage, ensuring a seamless and structurally sound connection. The focus is on quality construction that aligns with the existing design and framework.
Complete House Stucco Work: In addition to the garage extension, I require a contractor who is licensed and experienced in stucco application for the entire house. This involves applying stucco to the exterior of both the existing structure and the new garage extension, aiming for a consistent and aesthetically appealing finish across the entire property.
Requirements:
