They replaced panels, hauled off the old ones, replaced brackets and painted with Rustoleum where needed Installed new bolts on hinges on gates. To avoid upheavals or other issues, bury your fence post so the depth exceeds the frost line, or about one-third to one-half of the aboveground height of your post. Check with your local code requirements to determine the right depth for your home since it varies by location.

You share the responsibility for repair and maintenance in such cases, so both parties are held accountable by local regulations.
