"The work done was phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for a better front deck. We had an old rotted, wood front deck that was falling apart and way out of code. They came by, assessed the area with proper measurements, demolished and redid a whole new Trek and vinyl railings front deck. They worked well with my wife and I's desires and we couldn't be happier. Due to Covid, materials took much longer than expected, but once it was all said and done it was worth the wait. Jarci kept in great communication with us and made sure when the materials would come in and what would be done in the project. Definitely would hire again."

One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. A pool liner can last anywhere from 15 to 20 years, depending on your pool’s chemistry. If you keep your water balanced, your liner will last longer than if you don’t. For example, over-chlorination, too much sanitizer, and heavy metal buildup can contribute to a shorter lifespan.
It’s always best to start fresh rather than put a new pool liner over the old one. You will need to redo or re-groom the bottom of the pool base before installation anyway, so many homeowners choose to get rid of the old one and start anew.
If you’re simply dealing with a small tear or leak, it’s completely feasible to patch the old pool liner rather than replace it. However, if there’s major damage, patching will be a waste of time and money, and you’ll be better off replacing the entire liner.
