"Excellent! I thought I needed a new thermostat since I wasn’t getting any heat. Juan came over , checked the circuit breaker and found that the breaker was worn out. He replaced the breaker and found that the thermostat was still functioning. He could have said that the thermostat needed replacing too but instead he just said you needed a new circuit breaker. I really appreciated the honesty. If he said I needed the thermostat too I would have paid for both thus increasing my bill. I just want to add a few more comments about the work that he’s done for me. I first met Juan when he came over to my house to stabilize a lose tile that was above my garage door. Then I showed him mold growing next to my shower door. He found a small crack that allowed water to seep into the sheet rock. He replaced the shower door and the sheet rock that was growing mold. Then I took him to the bathroom where I showed him a bulging floor board next to the toilet. He found a small crack in the toilet tank that slowly dripped water on to the backside of toilet dripping water onto the base board. He offered to repair the tank but I told him to go ahead and replace the toilet. I can’t say enough about Juan. Whatever the problem is he’ll figure out how to fix it. When he approaches a problem he approaches with a positive attitude. Another time my ceiling fan went out and I asked him to come out to see what the problem was. Instead over the phone he told me to check the remote control. I went on Amazon and ordered a new remote control . I placed in new batteries and the fan started working. He didn’t charge me anything for the advice. I was prepared to buy a new fan and all I needed was a new remote. Juan is multi talented. I’ve recommend him to my neighbor and he’s done a couple of projects for her (leaking roof). Lastly, in a couple of weeks he’s coming over to paint my front door and put a new latch on my side gate. I’m 77 years with an injured leg so fixing things around the house is difficult for me. Juan has made my life easier."

We have a four-bedroom and three bathroom house needed one downstairs bathroom rebuild and replace all floorings in both levels including closets and stair case. "Joaquin is amazing! We remodeled two bathrooms, a wash room, and installed a new closet in our attic. All work was done on time and within budget. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was excellent in all the different types of work that he did, including floor tile work, shower slab hanging, vanity countertop and sink installation, sheet rock replacement, plastering, plumbing, and electrical work. Joaquin always double checked everything to make sure it was done correctly. Joaquin was always willing to listen to our suggestions and collaborate with us on what we wanted done. He even went out of his way to help us on several other minor tasks, such as hanging mirrors. We also hired Joaquin to cut & trim our kitchen counter in order to make space for a new stove we were installing. We have already recommended Joaquin to three of our friends."

"Juan did a complete remodel of one of our baths. It was a half bath and now we added a shower. He was professional, on time, and kept us up to date on the progress. He communicated clearly and if there were any changes along the way he made sure we were aware of what needed to be done and why.
