He definitely takes pride in his work. The end result is a testimonial to his craftsmanship. So, 4 years later we decided to do our 2 upstair bathrooms. Because of the kitchen experience with American Wood Reface we contacted Mary Jo. Once again the same professionalism and commitment to our project was on display. You can't regrout tile without removing the existing grout and expect good, long-lasting results. You must replace the old grout when it begins to crumble and fail. New grout cannot properly adhere to existing grout, meaning moisture will still reach the damaged layer and cause additional water damage, which will be more costly to deal with in the long run.
