"Summary: beware of this company. They will make verbal commitments that they will not honor. For the prices they charge, this should have all been super smooth. Initial install was left incomplete after 2 full days when I was told install would take 1-2 days. The initial salesman didn't think my HVAC vent would be in the way of the vanity but it was so install was left incomplete. They sent out an HVAC company after I called multiple times trying to get them scheduled. The HVAC company closed current vent and created a new one. However, they introduced a pipe leak, which as of this writing, has been actively leaking for more than a week. I have been in the process of trying to get the leak fixed and have had to speak to multiple people, none of which seemed to have any effect. I finally was able to get the installers to schedule a date to finish the incomplete portions of job, but it's a month after initial install date. As of this writing, I'm not sure how that will go."

Now it is January and second installer came. He ripped out everything first installer put in. Was supposed to be Thursday and Friday. Had to come back on Saturday. Sunday water pouring into basement again. Shower not useable. Came back on Tuesday to fix problems. Finally finished but not in a timely manner whatsoever. What was supposed to take three days actually took two months. So frustrating."

"Came out to the house and took measurements for a 20'x10' gazebo to fit above the back door & camera & floodlights. After putting it together it did not fit. Could not open the black door. Had to raise gazebo 2'. He asked me to pay him $900.00 that he had another job to go to & would have to trouble shoot & get back with me. Texted & called him several times. Finally he said he would be out. He did show up& again said he gets back with me. Never heard back from him."
