We were selling our house and I anticipated needing roof repairs so I took a quick pic of his work van for future (possible) reference. I called him a week later when we needed roof repairs done and time was of the essence, as it often is when selling a house and having to meet deadlines. He worked with us to squeeze our project in although he was busy with other jobs, so that we would meet our deadline for the inspection report. This was enough to have me a satisfied customer. Went above and beyond with their after job cleanup, they cleaned up the entire property, bagging 7 bags of leaves even in flower beds that were not near the roof. I am very satisfied."

They helped me navigate my insurance company, explained the differences in available shingles, and showed up and completed the work when they said they would. They let me know the premium upgrades that were available, like class 4 shingles that get us a huge reduction in insurance premiums and rain chains instead of down spouts, but there was no up-sale pressure at all.
