"Kenny arrived at my home from K and K to install the ice maker. I think he had the job completed in about 45 minutes but initially told me 1 hour. I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience. "JOCO converted our garage into a mother-in-law apartment. As part of this they put in a new floor, a full bath, walled in where the garage doors were located, and installed new HVAC ductwork and vents. The original venting in the main part of the house is in the flooring, but JOCO installed the vents in the ceiling, which works much better. I've worked with JOCO multiple times over the years.
