"I was told that the fee to simply come into my house to assess my furnace (that was not working) would be $260 on a Wednesday afternoon... and I was told this fee would not be absorbed into the work if I chose to have it done. If this company charges such an exorbitant assessment fee, I could only believe they would inflate other fees as well. I hired another local company for half that fee to assess then repair my furnace. Shame on Heritage Home Service."

It was kind of a big job to me involving lots of dust and displaced furniture with no access to kitchen stove or refrigerator some days. The team tried to make me feel comfortable with these nuisances. Jeff responded by text to any question very quickly and was polite. No problems at all with the job and I can recommend the team 100%. I was Hoping the job would be done quicker but a lot was involved and the team even worked some Saturdays. The final price was about 15% over quote but the team helped me one day with my living room fireplace and that ‘small job’ turned into a whole day of decision making and errands before I decided just to replace two tiles. I have to give A+"
