From our very first contact, they were reliable and responsive, answering all texts and calls promptly and keeping appointments punctually. They offered ideas but were also highly respectful and responsive to ideas we presented, always saying "We can make that happen!", even when we had some really out-there requests like cutting a whole section of cabinets out around our 100 year old laundry chute and installing a stained glass window! Ryan and Jared are superb carpenters; their work is beautiful and they pay careful attention to detail. Best of all they are both extremely polite and pleasant, which really matters when someone is in your home every day for several weeks. They had our kitchen completely demolished down to the plaster and back to being a functioning kitchen in just 4 weeks , including significant plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades , as well as delays in shipping of a replacement for a damaged cabinet (not their fault!) and our new window. They have well-established relationships with a number of local subcontractors and vendors who are equally reliable and skilled, so the project moved along without any other delays. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
