Robert was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He explained things as he did the work which was great for me. He offers a considerable discount for the following years after you book him for the first year for dryer vent cleaning which should be done once a year, and you donâ  t have to join as a member or sign a contract which is also very nice. Simple and uncomplicated! I had thought we would need a cap on the outside of the vent but he found that we already had a perfectly good cap which I couldnâ  t see before. He was honest about the fact that we didnâ  t need a new cap, which I really appreciated, instead of trying to sell us more which we didnâ  t need. A breath of fresh air in our world! Our dryer vent hadnâ  t been cleaned in awhile and really needed it.
