"Fausto came on time. He is very friendly and has good customer service skills. He listened while I explained to him all the problems I had with my washer which I bought 19 years ago. He then started checking everything - the motor, drum , and the parts at the back of the washer before running the diagnostic test. However, he didn't find any problem. He explained to me the possible cause of the shaking/turning of the washer and turning off to avoid the problems from happening again. I will definitely call him again if i will need repair job for my other appliances in the future and refer him to my neighbors and friends who will need repair jobs."

"Hired Appliance Magician to service a GE Refrigerator that was not cooling properly. The technician", Artem Hxxxxxx, arrive on time and I immediately knew there was a problem as he did NOT speak English - Also, he did not know how to service my refrigerator - He spent 90% of the time on his cell phone getting instructions from his boss - He never checked the diagnostic service codes on my refrigerator and I could not t ask him to check them as we could not communicate. After 45 minutes of removing panels in my fridge and looking at things , he handed me his phone to talk with his boss (who talked in very broken English) who told me my defrost heater was broken and the fridge could be repaired for ;about $750 . My fridge had no frost/ice build-upo on any coils he checked, nor was there any water in the case, which my limited knowledge told me was not compatible with his diagnosis. I feel I was ripped off of the $69 trip charge as nothing was done, Company NOT vetted!!!"

"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"

After contacting seven different companies, we ultimately chose this team due to their fair pricing (a good balance between quality and cost), comprehensive estimate (which included all materials, transitions, and removal of old materials), and exceptional professionalism—something that was important to me. The project manager was friendly, easy to work with, and always responsive to my calls and texts. The final result was stunning. The tile expert was incredibly meticulous, and the floors and backsplash came out perfect. The team was also flexible when we decided to add more tasks, such as painting windows, trim, and doors, installing new door hinges, and adding a new laundry utility sink. The outcome exceeded our expectations! While there was a small issue with a section of hardwood flooring getting scratched when the fridge was moved, the team quickly addressed it. They had the area sanded down and refinished, making it look as good as new. We were very impressed with how quickly they resolved this and appreciated their attention to detail. We will definitely be using them for future projects. It’s rare to find a contractor who is responsive, professional, honest, reasonably priced, and consistently delivers high-quality work.
