When it came time to help us the person on the phone was impatient and said we would need a service call. When the service technician arrived it took him no time at all to program them and he admitted it was something that could have been handled over the phone. I disputed the charge for the service call and the office personnel I spoke to was very short and snippy with me but promised to discuss with the owner and call me back. I hesitated when she said this and she reassured me that she would definitely call me back. I waited 3 days. She never called back and my check was cashed. My husband, whom they spoke to, had a 20+ year career of working with complex motherboards of equipment so it was definitely not an issue of him being unable to follow the instructions given. I absolutely feel that they were just trying to fleece us out of the cost of a service call. It is absolutely the last money they will ever receive from us."
