The glass is defective and looks like bubbled up mirror tinted windows. The Operations Manager stated it is caused by defective seal or something like that. Suggested I use Comet cleanser. Really??? The defect is in the glass, not on it. Refused to honor the unlimited warranty and suggested I was trying to get something for nothing. The nerve!!! I paid for the windows, Jack's didn't give them to me."
