"I had my last company abruptly stop and found Absolut within a week. I have been a customer for 15 months and cannot say enough great things about Dwayne. When there has been a problem he has immediately notified me, he has worked Saturdays to install things, and his prices are far cheaper than what I was paying. We just sold our home and we won't have a pool, my fiance and I are so sad to see this relationship go because hiring Absolut was the absolute best decision for pool service we could have made."

"I initially hired Mr.Handyman to investigate and fix a leak around my window. They told me on the phone based on the photos I provided that the estimate for the job will be about $775 to find and fix the source of the leak and replace the drywall. I believe they use predatory and deceitful practices to inflate the final pricing, as it ended up being far higher than original estimates. When their handyman showed up, the estimate changed to $1010. I was never verbally informed that any of these estimates did not include materials. After removing the drywall, the handyman never found the source of the leak. I had to drive out to the property to find and fix it myself. I then called the handyman to re-install the drywall after the issue was fixed. I was then given another invoice for $977, so now we are at a total $1433, of which they claim $371 is materials. They never found or fixed the actual issue as promised but still charged for the full job. I thought we were being overcharged, since the original estimate was for finding and fixing the actual source of the leak, which they never did. When I questioned the materials charge and asked for receipts, their manager told me he would not send me any receipts even though they have them in the system because "its not their protocol" and that they put an upcharge on materials. When I questioned how much % the upcharge is, or if they can provide actual pricing of the materials, he said “when you buy at Publix, you don't ask them how much they upcharge for your food". This makes no sense, as at the store I see the price before I buy something, so I can decide if I want to buy it. Mr.Handyman never provided me with pricing of materials upfront, they just sent me one final price at the end without a breakdown of materials purchased, which they can make up to be anything. This is highly unethical. If this is a cost-plus contract, they should be providing receipts."

"Let me just say Larson's pool exceeded our expectations. The first person I spoke to while seeking quotes was the owner, Eric. I knew from that first conversation that Larson's would be a contender. Dan from sales was awesome! The quote came on a one-sided page with no small print. He really took the time to really understand what we were looking for. I text/called him throughout the project and he quickly would give feedback or answer questions. He stood by me throughout the entire project. Eric and Dave was always on top of every aspect of the project which was reassuring. The quality of the work was amazing. We were completely blown away by the skill and workmanship of the travertine coping by Washington. Washington also installed the glass tile which I was worried about but turned out beautiful and installed perfectly. Orlando and his team that installed the travertine deck did a wonderful job as well and we are thrilled with the finished look. These men were professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about Justin with his help on pool maintenance. I really appreciated all his patience with my calls/text. Justin gave me pool pump 101 with hands on instructions and stated to call/text even after the final payment is made if I had additional questions or concerns. This is a Top notch family run business and it was refreshing to feel like a valued customer throughout the entire project. In terms of cost, delivery, quality and service, you can't get better than this guys. Thanks again for our beautiful pool."

Once received, the craftsmanship and skill that went into the tiling, pool resurfacing, and deck pavers was excellent. I got quotes from other providers, and GPS offered a fair and competitive price as well."
