"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"

We also moved a kitchen and living room wall and completely gutted our very old kitchen. We basically rebuilt the entire home, while doing out best retain and restore the character of our older home. We had tried to start this process over a few years, running into snags and unethical contractors along the way, and are so happy that we landed in the capable hands of this team. "We reached out for a kitchen and laundry room floor tiling, as well as a subway tile backsplash in the kitchen. After contacting seven different companies, we ultimately chose this team due to their fair pricing (a good balance between quality and cost), comprehensive estimate (which included all materials, transitions, and removal of old materials), and exceptional professionalism—something that was important to me. The project manager was friendly, easy to work with, and always responsive to my calls and texts. The final result was stunning. The tile expert was incredibly meticulous, and the floors and backsplash came out perfect. The team was also flexible when we decided to add more tasks, such as painting windows, trim, and doors, installing new door hinges, and adding a new laundry utility sink. The outcome exceeded our expectations! While there was a small issue with a section of hardwood flooring getting scratched when the fridge was moved, the team quickly addressed it. They had the area sanded down and refinished, making it look as good as new. We were very impressed with how quickly they resolved this and appreciated their attention to detail. We will definitely be using them for future projects. It’s rare to find a contractor who is responsive, professional, honest, reasonably priced, and consistently delivers high-quality work.
