"This is my first roof replacement, a task that I have been dreading ever since a roofing representative drove by and asked if I was interested in having it replaced more than 6 years ago. Since then I have had more than a dozen others mention that it is time to replace my 22 year old roof. I obtained 6 estimates and found that IBEX roofing was by far the best value. Every phase of the process with IBEX was made painless by the knowledgeable and helpful employees, ranging from my estimator, the support staff in the office, the foreman on site, and his crew. They brought the project in on time and under the planned budget. The work crew took it upon themselves to add some flashing to a facia board that I had to have replaced as water had caused it to rot out, even though this was not included in the estimate. In addition, the foreman noticed the flashing they had for the fireplace was not going to provide the best water barrier so he secured the existing flashing and ordered a more expensive flashing to be installed. Since we did not know for certain how many sheets of plywood would be needed to make repairs until after the shingles were removed, they provided a credit from the original bid for the unused pieces of plywood. I cannot recommend them any stronger. If you do the homework like I did, you will find that they are the best value out their."

"Aaron, the owner was extremely helpful as we selected the surface materials, waterproofing measures, the need for additional ventilation and in every other way was excellent. Carlos, the Forman of the crew kept the work moving at a good clip, communicates well and cleaned up the worksite every day. On the last day the crew, Carlos and Aaron ensured everything was meticulously cleaned up, They did a great job even in som rain. Thank you all!"

"Nick and his crew were top notch. I knew I wanted to work with Nick as soon as we had our first call. He was so detailed in his explanations, had an immense amount of patience to explain things to me. He gave me options and his recommendations on what to do and I never felt like he tried to upsell me on anything that was unnecessary. In addition, when we recently had a bomb cyclone and my skylight ripped off, Nick took a call in the middle of the night and came to repair it as soon as there was an opening in the storm and saved us from having water damage. Nick has just shown incredible support and service and is something I would highly recommend if youâ re looking into any roofing projects."
