"My tenant bought a house and moved. They left the hardwood floors dirty with all kinds of stains and with a lot of deep scratches. I was worried that a major refinishing would be expensive, would take some time, and would force me to postpone the move-in time of the new tenant. I called Pomona and Sean the owner came. I explained the situation and the new tenant moving-in date. He recognized that I was very worried and said, â Iâ ll take care of itâ . He told me he and one of his crew would come some evenings after their regular hours and get it done on time for the new tenant to move in. Then I asked what the cost would be, expecting a big number. I couldnâ t believe how reasonable the amount he quoted me was. I gave him the key and shook hands. They finished the job in three days and it was like new wood flooringâ beautiful! I highly recommend Pomona Hardwood Flooring."
