He communicated every step of the way what he would be doing (and it's crazy I even have to point this out, but he always showed up when he said he would), went above and beyond in lending assistance and expertise to other tradesmen on the project, kept the necessary inspections rolling, he and his crew cleaned up daily, the list goes on and on! I don't take recommendations lightly and I would most certainly put my name behind Chad's work any day of the week! We are so happy with our inground pool and will hire him again for any project without hesitation. He was a true blessing with what could have been a more stressful project!"

"BUYER BEWARE: Cleveland Aqua Pros is a horrendous company to deal with. Long story short, I signed a contract (and made a 20% down payment) on October 24, 2020, to have an inground pool built by this company in 2021, estimated July 2021. By September 2022 they still could not tell me (when they responded) when they would build my pool. They never built a single thing for my pool. There is not enough space to list all of the failures of this company. They go months without answering phones, e-mails, or texts. In October of 2021, the owner, Tom, claimed he still hoped to build my pool in 2021. Funny, because they never had the site survey done nor submitted for a permit, let alone registered their business. I even had a certified USPS letter sent requesting work to him which he ignored. In August 2022, he said I was up next, which should be about 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and went, and when I got an answer he said he did not know when he could build it. I fired him and found someone else to build my pool in a month while Cleveland Aqua Pros did nothing for 2 years. I could not have been a better customer. I bought them lunches, gave them gift cards, dropped off chocolate, and did not scream/yell/or anything after all these issues. Still, Tom treated me like garbage and lied and broke his contract with me. This company should be out of business."

"Called Friday evening and Yeager drive to Columbus to pick up the specialized water heater and installed on Saturday. Work was done efficiently and cleaned up afterwards, including taking the old water heater. All for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company."

"Have Terry Sharanvych of DeckMasters build your deck! In the early spring of 2018, we visited two home shows at the IX Center and collected several leads for deck builders. We interviewed 7 builders and liked Terry the best because of: - his passion for quality; - his enthusiastic nature; - his attention to detail; - his willingness to guarantee the workmanship; - his guarantee of all the products installed; - his price. Terry also introduced us to Fiberon deck composites, which after much research on my part, was clearly the best composite choice. He suggested a vinyl/composite lattice for the skirting, which made perfect economic sense rather than installing expensive deck boards vertically. We looked at a lot of railing systems and Terry’s recommendation of Duralux was the perfect choice for looks, strength, and rigidity. We were also impressed that Terry installed joists on 12” centers rather than everyone else’s 18” centers. As composites are known to be somewhat “spongy,” this seemed like an essential technique – and by the way, our Fiberon deck is as solid as a rock. All the other builders were concerned about maximizing the lengths of deck boards, (to save money) but Terry wasn’t concerned at all – he said any short leftover pieces would just go back into his stock for his next project. Also, other deck builders were adamant about attaching the deck to our house (I think to save a little money for posts), Terry was nonplussed on the issue and said it was our preference – attached or not attached – no difference in price. Terry’s workers showed up early, worked hard, and cleaned up any mess – they were delightful. They were also really quick and efficient. We had one “issue.” On a side set of stairs we wanted it to be 5 risers high, but when they roughed it in, they built it for 4 risers high. I called Terry and he said, “no problem” and they fixed it no charge, no discussion. The final 450 sq. ft. deck is gorgeous. We choose Fiberon Ipe, which is a soft reddish brown mottled color with a darker frame of Fiberon Rosewood around the outside. The railing is a dark brown and everything blends perfectly in our enclosed and shady back yard. The composite boards are installed with this amazing “sideways screw machine,” so there are no screw heads anywhere on the main deck – perfect for bare feet. Also, another typical knock on composite decks is that they “heat up.” Maple trees in our yard shade our deck and even on the hottest days we have never noticed any warmth on our feet. (A deck in the direct sun, may be different?) Oh – and I should mention that Terry was the LEAST EXPENSIVE of all those we talked to. Best quality, best builder, best price – how can you get better than that?"
