He takes a lot of pride i his craftsmanship and personally measures and installs. Heâ s honest about pricing, even when the costs shifted a bit because of increasing material costs, fuel surcharges, or the specs changing on your remodel. He was very patient in waiting to install 2 custom shower doors for me when the contractor took too long to finish the job!! But, be prepared the price may increase from the original quote, which is beyond Mr. Leâ s control. I highly recommend him!!"

"Joe & Sons was hired to determine and fix the cause of a water leak that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Owner Jalal determined that roof damage had allowed the leakage, and he and assistant Saed (sp?) repaired the roof (new shingling; caulking with roof cement; thorough cleaning of shingles and gutters), as well as patching the damaged bedroom ceiling area and repainting the ceiling. They also voluntarily (and at no additional cost) fixed a sticky screen door by removing it and planing its bottom. The entire experience couldn’t have been better. Jalal and Saed were extremely polite and conscientious, taking excellent care to keep the work areas clean, and explaining everything they did. They were also very prompt/timely, responding to phone calls, texts, and the contract itself very quickly. They definitely rank among the best contractors we’ve ever hired, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. (Full disclosure: It has not rained since the repairs.)"

We hired Mr. Davis to repair a very tall chimney. His crew arrived on a Friday, after completing another job, and they worked to 6 pm to do ours. They were hardworking, very nice and in-touch with Mr. Davis throughout the job. In addition, they waterproofed the chimney and gave us a 10-year warranty.
