"EVERYONE WAS RIGHT!!!! Scam artist!!! Poor work, horrible work ethic, DOES NOT GUARENTEE his work! Makes every excuse in the book as to why he can’t come fix his terrible work or even get the job done in a timely manner, he told us it would take 3 days it’s been over 36 days some of his excuses include, 1. Someone poured sugar in his gas tank 2. His materials are in Orange County and he won’t make it out there in time (what materials are so scarce you can only get them in OC?? We don’t get it either) 3. His wife planned a date night 4. It’s a four day weekend for the company 5. He doesn’t trust his “lazy millennial workers to do the job” (his actual words!!!) 6. His sons sick with a cold... according to him his wife is a stay at home mom.... but she couldn’t handle it?? 6. A death in the family (judging by the other reviews I’m not sure what family members he has left to “kill off” complete lies!) 7. He’s taking a leave of absence (but continued to take new clients) 8. Lastly after ruining our home he said he “doesn’t believe it’s going to be what we asked for” so we need to part ways... He has ruined our home and wasted our time! He was sloppy and the product is all over our walls and cabinets and Incase you don’t know, EPOXY DOESN’T COME OFF! He’s ruined our dishwasher and all of our brand new cabinets with material. He’s never around and when he is he’s NEVER on time! He would tell us he would be at our home at 9am, so I would get up, get the dogs out of the house so they were out of the way, and leave him space To work, he would finally show up around 1pm do an hours worth of work and leave! How inconsiderate!! This was an everyday occurrence. He told us he would fix the defects in our epoxy but instead came up with excuses as to why it wasn’t his fault! And then proceeded to tell us, “ he can’t guarantee what the epoxy will do” even though he admitted it looked terrible to begin with, he’s just lazy and manipulative and wants to see what he can get away with. When we asked him repeatedly to fix the defects he told us “he’s had to work around our schedule and it wasn’t working out” we have messages and video evidence (thanks to the ring doorbell!) that we had granted him access to our home whenever he wanted! He has blocked our numbers and refused to fix the defects or to honor his guarantee! He let us know he’d pay for the damages he caused to our home, even though stated in his contract is “ good guys epoxy is responsible for removing debris and surplus materials from the property, and leaving the property in a neat and orderly condition” he can’t even stick to his own contract and we’re suppose to trust he’s going to pay this bill? Right?......right after he unblocks us. He is a dishonest, poor worth ethic, coward, stay far away!"
