We decided to go ahead based on his knowledge, work ethic, customer service and reviews. He is personable and has 30 yrs experience - his dad was Otto and he walks in his dad's footsteps - I'm sure his dad is proud of him. "I?m honestly blown away by the craftsmanship I experienced. As a trained professional, I would expect better attention to detail, but it was clear that wasn?t a priority here. While some issues were eventually addressed, new problems kept popping up after every visit. After three separate trips to my home following the initial installation, I?ve lost all faith that this company can get it right. Despite the owner?s efforts to work with me, the repeated poor workmanship and aggravation just aren?t worth it anymore. Unfortunately, it seems like I got the ?B squad? of installers and painters. Given the number of positive reviews this company has, I was truly shocked by my experience. At this point, I?ll be cutting my losses and using a different company in the future. I got almost all of the windows and front door replaced in my home. Door was good but every window/frame that was installed has issues."
