I called and made an appointment for service. Richard, the owner, was so accommodating. He called back to let me know that my appointment could be moved up earlier. They are a small company you will want to call for service. They guarantee their work for a year..and I find their prices to be reasonable and fair. He diagnosed my problem over the phone, hunted for the part , and arranged for his technician to make the repair within 36 hours ( the part had to be ordered). The technician, Ed, was timely, polite and knew what he was doing. Very pleased will use them again when necessary."
