We offer full service remodel and renovation. All of our estimates are free. We do mainly Kitchens and Baths but we can do most anything else. We never ask for payment up front we only ask that you pay for materials for your job. We pride ourselves in being trustworthy and detail oriented.

However, you don't need to sand if you're recoating or polishing floors without underlying damage.

Otherwise, you could damage them by stripping the finish. To remove tough stains, take steel wool and mineral spirits and buff gently with wax.
