"The Gutter Boys installed gutters on my home and two years later we had an issue with water over running on a corner. Adam and his colleague were dispatched to assess the situation, which they determined needed a modification to the downspout. Additional material was expertly installed and the problem solved. After 2 years I offered to pay and they did not charge me for this, the door was wide open for them to take advantage. The communications with the office, Adam and his colleague was textbook professional. The craftsmanship was great and the response was immediate. I have extensive experience with construction projects and this team is second to none!"

"Molly Maid has a terrible business model and if it wasn’t for Tori who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, I would be leaving zero stars if I could. I had requested their cleaning services and was looking forward to the long list of services which were stated to be included during the time of booking. The day of my scheduled cleaning, the two ladies had arrived two hours late and while friendly, delivered less than sub-par cleaning and did not clean three of the rooms upstairs, completely missing our master bedroom and bathroom. While here, one of the ladies stepped outside to take a personal call and was screaming on the phone for around 10 minutes in my driveway. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but this is beyond unacceptable. Not to mention they left only after one hour. The owner, Steve was combative, disrespectful and downright rude from the start of our conversation. I don’t consider myself to be unreasonable. I would never recommend their services to anyone."

"I've used A.G.I. for years to clean my windows, and have always been very satisfied with their work. When I found out they were also offering pest control services, I was ecstatic. I have been wanting to switch pest companies for a long time, but didn't want to end up with another unreliable company. I knew that wouldn't be a problem with A.G.I, and the $200 fall special saved me some money. Highly recommended!"

"The service was ok, but the problem came near the end of service which Lowe’s charged another $100.00 to clean the coils which should have been part of the overall cleaning, while paying for services to the technician, he submitted my credit card in his portable scanner ,which read card transactions did not go through, I check my account at that time and funds were withdrawn for that transaction, he continued to submit it again without my authorization which was $348.00 charged 3 times for a total of $1044.00, which was withdrawn from my account, call the bank which needed a authorization code to cancel transactions, Lowe’s could not provide any, tech called the office and was told several other customers were having the same problem being over charged because of their credit card system, so my money was tied up in dispute with my bank and Lowe’s, I don’t know about anybody else, I don’t have an extra $1045.00 laying around , while other schedule bills were coming through my account,which could have resulted in huge overdrawn charges, immediately I had to go into another account and take a cash advance to put back into my account to stop over drawn charges, total $69.80, 10/31/19, Lowe’s again tried to submit 2 transactions 11/4/19 $348.00x2 total $696.00. I had to take another cash advance for $700.00 to cover charge in my account, while it took about a week before my bank reversed all the charges that Lowe’s had submitted, I was out of $68.80, for cash advance fees ,Lowe’s claim it was not their fault and refused to pay for the advance fees, I should have not been put in this situation in the first place I’m sure other customers experience this same occurrence on 10/31/19 by Lowes credit card services,"

"Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. The furniture was all placed back where it was, the basement was perfectly clean, and the house smelled better than it did before the cleaning. Thanks Productive! Highly recommended!"

"This updated review is long overdue and I apologize. Two years ago I needed some repair work done to my stack stone mailbox it was leaning due to excessive water erosion below it. I contacted multiple contractors including QPS without realizing it was the original firm that did the work in 2011. I didn’t expect any warranty coverage for the repair. Rob showed up, immediately recognized me, we reconciled and we proceeded to go over the needed work. Without hesitation, Rob, immediately said he would fix the work and not charge me for the labor or materials. I was floored, like I stated, he did the work over 5 years ago at the time, I expected nothing. He went above and beyond to make it right, above any expectations I had. He worked great with my schedule and got the repair done wonderfully over engineered for the need. Lesson for me, seek understanding, and above all, and in all, Grace! Rob and QPS is a great person and company, I would be thrilled to use them again and refer. He cares!"
