I wouldn't recommend another company to do pavers, concrete, or landscaping work. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing! They transformed the front and the back of my home with beautiful pavers, hand cutting each piece and laying each one of them so symmetrically. I've had at least half a dozen neighbors stop in to see their work and ask for a business card! And the clean up...my goodness. Each day they wrapped up everything, put tools away, and keep everything so tidy and clean. I really appreciated that. No mud and dirt everywhere...it was incredible! During my consult, I shared my vision with Jose and his team created the design for the back patio, the walkway, and a new front porch. I trusted his expertise and wow - it is so beautiful. "Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. "Clinton Sewer Expert, did an excellent job pouring my patio. This wasn't the first time I hired them. In the past they poured a concrete pad for my shed and built a retaining wall. For every job they were very professional, on time, and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend them and personally will use their services again."

"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."
