"Randy from floortechs has very good customer service skills. He was very accommodating as well. I had my hardwood floors refinished. His floor Tech Melvin & his son Melvin Jr. Did a phenomenal job refinishing my hardwood floors. They were very professional, timely, and paid attention to detail. And let me tell you, I am a perfectionist, and very detail oriented. As I am a carpenter, and have been working in the trades for over 20 years. I would highly recommend Floortechs for any hardwood flooring jobs that you may have. They did an excellent job, and I am very pleased. Oh yeah, and his prices are very reasonable as well."
