"$80 service call and a 500% markup on parts? That’s excessive. I completely understand that businesses need to make a profit, but being charged over $500 for a 20-minute visit is more than what many highly skilled professionals—attorneys included—earn for their time. Before scheduling the service, I asked for a quote on both the part and labor. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn't provide that information in advance (which, in hindsight, should’ve been a red flag). I trusted the positive reviews and moved forward anyway. When the technician arrived, they spent about five minutes confirming what we already knew: that we needed a specific part. We expressed concern about the cost, and a manager offered a modest discount, which we declined. We ended up paying the $80 just to be told exactly what we had already suspected. Afterward, we contacted another company that provided the part at cost ($100) and completed the service for $135. Bottom line: if you're trying to avoid unnecessary expenses--which I think right now most people are, it’s worth calling around. I’d recommend saving yourself the service call fee and going with a company that’s more transparent from the start- one that respects your time and your wallet."

"Terrible! I knew my old water heater had a bad Gas valve. It was an 10 yr Whirlpool heater ams the pilot light would not stay lit. I called and they said they would send a professional Service Technichian out to give me a free estimate. They sent a young guy out that I wasn't impressed with from the beginning. He stared taking out my ceiling tile in my livinging room and kitchen looking for a PRV valve after he check my water pressure going into my home. I asked him what did my water pressure have to do with bad gas valve? He replied nothing. Then he took some pictures and kept say I g he waa texting his boss. When he finally gave me an estimate, I said that was too much for me to afford. Then he acted like he was doing other work and did sime mire texting to his boss. He was going to give me a discount. I said he was still to high ans I had two other companies coming to give me estiments. I could tell he didn't like that. He said he was going to try and light my heater manually. He broke the sight glass on the heater and couldn't get it to light. I told him he might aa well leave. All he was to do was come out and give me an estimate and that was it. He got mad and left. He did not put back my ceiling tile he removed and left the broke glass on the floor. I will never call Castell again."

"First OFF, ANGI should be ashamed to have this company as contractor. I would STRONGLY recommend not using this contractor for anything. They attempted to replace a toilet i purchased and it was not done correctly. When i tried to call them on it, the never returned my call. When i finally spoke to someone they spoke to me like i was stupid and suggested i do a google search and the plumber (another contractor) that explained their mistakes did not know what they were talking. Despite the fact they installed the toilets perfectly with no issue. They refused to make it right to my satisfaction. They are overpriced, nickel and dime you to death and have the absolute worst customer service. So if you are looking for a shady contractor who doesn't do good work, will "scam" you out of your money and provide the absolute worst customer service then i would say this the contractor for you. If you are looking for a good and reputable contractor that will do good work and provide good customer service, i will have to tell you like the tech they sent out to try to fix their mistake.... "BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"In the month of April we decided to repaint our island in the kitchen and redo the veranda. We had another company come out and they ruined my kitchen and destroyed our veranda. I began to search for a company I could use to fix the disastrous mistakes made by the previous company. Lissette and her team came out, had a look and gave us a quote to not only fix the mistakes but make it look like new. DM Deco Design came out and within 1 week they had redone the island, stained the veranda floors, painted the veranda railings and paint the downstairs windows and doors. Our original agreement was only for the veranda and island but they were doing such an awesome job that we decided to have them paint the lower windows and doors to the house as well. We also asked them to quote us on building out our basement for future work. We were more than satisfied with their professionalism and craftsmanship."

"BAD COMPANY: They install new HVAC System on 6/10/2024 the unit only work for couple days They came on 6/29/2024 and found faulty compressor I paid for new HVAC unit and now they trying to order a compressor and do repair instead of replacement."

"I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."
