Roy will initially be very friendly and responsive, answering any questions or concerns before you pay. However, once you have paid, expect to be left in the dark. Youll need to chase him down for any updates or service. Roy uses subcontractors, so the quality of the work can vary greatly depending on which subcontractor is assigned to your project. If there are any issues with the service, getting in touch with Roy is nearly impossible. He promises to return and fix any problems but then fails to show upmonths can go by without a single update, and you wont hear from him unless you repeatedly reach out. I would highly recommend finding a more reliable contractor who stands behind their work and provides better customer service. he still owe me $2800 and he stopped answering me. "
