BRCG's Mission Statement is to build and construct at equal or above code and exceeding manufacturers expectations. What makes BRCG different from most contractors is preformance. How that is achieved is by using a proven system. BRCG pays lead men bonus incentives for quality work, and skilled crew people are paid hourly rates. Most contractors pay what is known as "Piece Work", each piece installed is paid at given rate. It is no stretch at all then that the faster the worker goes the more he gets paid...quality then often becomes a lower priority. Be it Roofing, Framing or installing gutters or doors BRCG is focused on "getting it right the first time" and we are "Proffessonals caring for your Home". That includes protecting shrubery from roof debris, right down to doing the final clean up. For us the jobs not done until the "little things" are taken care of! "They were on time. The work they did look great at first. However 4 weeks later the weeds had grown back. It was obvious they had just cut the weeds down in the arborvitae instead or removing them. Weeds were also growing in the rock pathway they laid although a weed barrier was place down. Before they left they had rinse the rocks off after they were place which just create a mud and dirt path for weeds to grow. I call three times and each time was told they would be back to redo the work and would call me with a time. They never called back. I recommend you find someone else. Any company that will not stand by their work should not be in business."
