Made a call to Eljon and he came to our home, reviewed the area and gave us not just an estimate but ideas as well to help us decide on a final product. After a few days deciding and looking over a Cambridge catalogue he provided us we decided to go with Eljon and never so glad we did. Eljon and his Crew are very cordial, friendly, down to earth and polite. The day they started they wasted no time getting down to it. They worked like ?killer bees? and in 2 days they had our 30 yr old brick patio turned into a beautiful paver haven. My wife and I both were lost for words. It?s just an awesome makeover and we couldn?t be happier with it AND the cost. I highly recommend them! "He missed our appointment, and I didn’t hear from him until the time had already passed, then he said he’ll be there in 30 minutes, and proceeded to text me for 30 minutes asking for pictures and wanted me to agree to a minimum price before he would consider “wasting his time” by coming over! He had no intention of showing up to the appointment! He childishly argued every small detail, would not take accountability for anything, and didn’t even bother showing up! Waste of MY time"

Jeremy was transparent about the daily work. He sent us pictures of the progress made and of the structural issues that were uncovered. Although we would have wished wood rot, roof leakage, water damage and termite damage did not exist, they did. Because Jeremy provided the daily updates, he was able to share why the improvements were needed and important. He always answered my questions clearly and concisely. The SHP billing approach was clear so there were never any surprises. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably the project ended up costing. Observing Jeremy and the SHP teamwork was amazing. I have never seen such a talented, dedicated, caring, and creating team. They worked with amazing efficiency and effectiveness. I can attest, based on other projects we have taken on, this project would have taken much longer than the five short weeks (including Christmas and below freezing temperatures) this took. The quality of their work was remarkable and the pride in their workmanship was always evident. The extra touches he included in the project and the counsel he provided gave us 100% confidence that he would do what was right and that he, and SHP, would go above and beyond. The house is beautiful, and Jeremy and SHP will always hold a place in our hearts. They are an absolute gift, and they are now considered part of our family. I did not know Jeremy before this project, but I now count him as a friend. Going forward, we will call Jeremy and SHP first and we will know that he will care for us and for our house as if it was his own."
