"Having experienced trades people who do not show up on time or complete work, it was refreshing to find a company that offers excellent customer service. The needed work was scheduled for the next day. We were kept informed of the anticipated arrival time. Once at our home, we were apprised of what work would be required. John and Zack went above and beyond by helping us with an additional plumbing job after competely completing the needed repair. John also alerted us to a situation that, if left uncorrected, will be a costly repair. At no point did he pressure us or try to take advantage of the situation. We believe John was simply providing us with good service and at a reasonable cost. We also noticed John interacted with his employee, in a respectful manner. It was obvious to us that John was mentoring his employee and imparting his knowledge in a manner that reflected his pride in his chosen profession. "Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures.
