"E&G were very responsive, setting up an appointment shortly after I bought the Big Deal.  They came about a week or two after our initial contact.  The worker who came out was very friendly and explained what the process was, as I accompanied him through my home and area around the foundation.  That day he put a bunch of bait stations inside and outside the house to get any mice that were in the house out of it.  Then two weeks later he came back - I was not home that day - and installed copper mesh material where my siding met the foundation to provide a barrier to keep the varmints from entering the house.

I requested to have the wasps in my attic exterminated. A technical arrived the following day. The technician explained his plan of attack in detail. "They came by and sprayed the hornets nests. They said they would return later on that week once all were dead and power wash the nests off my home.  I had to keep calling them to return to do this.  When he finally returned his power washer was not strong enough to reach the hives even with his ladder, but he said that eventually the hives would fall apart and disappear.  Here it is over a year later and the hives are still there. My neighbors used someone else. They cost half the price and the hives are completely removed from their home. I would not recommend or use them again.
