"It took us time to find a contractor. We got over Six quotes only two contractors actually sent us a bid. Ben was very responsive. He sent us the quote within a week from the visit. We were very satisfied with the process. We were always in the know. We have done renovations In the past with contractors and we were always not pleased with not knowing the schedule. We finally found someone we can trust and will definitely be using him again. Thank you again Ben it was a pleasure meeting you and working with you."

"I know Marlon takes pride in his company and the service he provides. He is very personable and professional as was stated in all of his previous ratings. My only gripe, which is why I gave him one 4.5 and the rest fives is because he originally scheduled to come by between 12:30-1:00 and then called me before 5:00 and said he ran out of daylight. Then he said he would come by the next day first thing at 8:30. I called him around. 11:00 and found the he still had not come by but promised to come by before the end of the day. He finally showed up before 5:00 and finished the job. His service was excellent and he was very thorough. My only recommendation for him would be not to overbook himself so that people would know when to expect him. I will definitely hire him again next year but try to avoid the "busy" season."
