"JR was very communicative at all times, he was always honest in his assessment of what needed to be done and gave me an estimate when i asked for one. JR gave me dates on when he could start the job if given the opportunity to do the work. He sent me his proposal the night we met. When we agreed on his company to do the extensive demo and clean up he contacted me the very next day to tell me a dumpster would be delivered on Saturday morning and he would start the job on Monday. Both happened as promised. JR had 8 men show up at 9:00am and they remained until after 9:00pm in order to finish so my wife would have the heat back on, The entire crew was professional and courteous. The extensive clean up and demo of the basement that was filled with mold was exceptional . I would not hesitate in recommending JR and US ProPaint & Renovation to everyone that needed help with their basement mold problems. Everything that JR promised was done above and beyond!!!! "Jason G did the annual maintenance for 2 A/C units. Was thorough and knowledgeable and explained every procedure as he went. While in the basement doing work on the air handler, he noticed that the container beneath a vent valve on the furnace was full of water. He fixed that problem also. Great asset to his company."

"We noticed some dripping from where the soil pipe began to go through our basement wall to the outside town sewer system. We called three or four different plumbers to further diagnose and repair the leak. We found that several plumbers were not capable of or bonded for a sewer main repair. Milltown was the first qualified company to respond. Cody is there field technician. He came out within the day. He snaked a camera through the entire sewer line - nearly 200' from my basement wall to the street. He located the crack in the the original (45 years old) cast sewer main. With the camera system, he determined that there were no additional faults or blockages in our sewer line. So Cody was able to pinpoint the problem and contain the scope of the project. He provided an estimate for replacing 10' of old sewer line and replacing all of the other original cast piping in our basement with PVC. We scheduled a day for the job. He and his crew showed up on schedule and did the job in one day. The new drain/sewer system looks great and the leak is repaired. Cote and his crew were nothing short of excellent. They were professional and courteous. They completed the job as agreed on time and within Cody's quote. This was a big job. It's good to know it was done right. Milltown will be our "go to" plumbing company from now on."
